REGISTERING FOR A TABLE AS A VENDOR

TABLE RENTALS:

·       First table is $20*, subsequent tables are $15 each.   *Add $2 for the first table if using Pay Pal payments, add $1 per table after that.  This is your only fee, whatever you make at the sale is yours to keep!

 TABLE RESERVATIONS:

·        You will be able to choose your table location based on this sequenced list.  Ex:  You pay first, you get first pick, you pay second, you get second pick…  Table picks will be completed closer to the sale date.  Only payment receipt reserves your table.

 PAYMENT:

 FASTEST

·       Through Pay Pal.  $22 for one table, $38 for two tables, $54 for three tables.   Use my e-mail address mauritawong@rogers.com for the transaction.  If you are using someone else’s Pay Pal account to pay please let me know so I know who is paying me! 

 FAST

·       In person by dropping off $20 cash to my house (I will e-mail this to you privately) Please drop in my mailbox in an envelope, label with your full name.  I will confirm that I have received your payment if I am not home.  Feeling uneasy about dropping off cash?  Don’t worry, you know where I live!

SO-SO

·       Personal cheques will be accepted until May 16th after that cash only.  Your spot will be confirmed once your cheque clears.  Make your cheque out to me, Maurita Wong.  Please drop in my mailbox in an envelope, label with your full name.  I will confirm that I have received your payment if I am not home. 

NOT SO FAST

·       By mail, don’t send cash, cheque only.  Your spot will be confirmed once your cheque clears.

TABLES:

·       Tables are provided.  They are 2 m long (standard cafeteria table) and about 1 m wide.  You have the space on and under your table.  Traffic cannot be impeded by your items.  Chairs are also provided.  There will be some space for big items in the “Big Item Section”.  **NEW CHANGE!  As of the June 14th sale a large item area may not be provided, please plan for this when renting your table spaces.  Very large items like nursery furniture and   outdoor climbers/ houses will be put off to the side if space permits.

HomeREFUNDS:

·       Table fees are used to help cover the cost of the facility rental, caretaking, facility utilities, processing fees, insurance and advertising.  I need to make sure that these costs are covered before the sale date, therefore, there will be no refunds on table rental fees unless the event is cancelled by me.  I will gladly refund your money if I cancel the event in some unforeseen circumstance.  If you find that you cannot attend the sale, you are more than welcome to find a replacement, and your replacement can reimburse you.   I hope you understand why I have this policy, I cannot run the sale on promises to pay.

D)  Contact Numbers:  (Just incase there is an emergency and I need to get hold of you and don’t have access to the computer or it is too late). 

 E)  A List of Items You Wish to Sell:  This sale is for used goods, priority will be given to vendors who are selling used baby and kids things.  The more detailed your list is, the better the sale will be.  Many people came to the last sale looking for things listed on the site.  Please take the time to do this, it will make the sale better for YOU!  You can always update this info.
