TABLE RENTALS NEW! First table is $30, extra tables are also $30. You can save $5 off of your extra tables by submitting a postable review for either a piece of baby equipment or family vacation resort or condo review. Your review must be submitted with your payment and registration to qualify. Please remember to add $2 for the first table if using Pay Pal payments, add $1 per table after that. This is your only fee, whatever you make at the sale is yours to keep! TABLE RESERVATIONS You will be able to choose your table location based on this sequenced list. Ex: You pay first, you get first pick, you pay second, you get second pick… Table picks will be completed closer to the sale date. Only payment receipt reserves your table.

SO-SO · Personal cheques will be accepted until March 1st, 2008, after that cash only. Your spot will be confirmed once your cheque clears. Make your cheque out to me, Maurita Wong. Your spot will be confirmed once your cheque clears. TABLES SIZES Tables are provided. They are 2 m long (standard cafeteria table) and about 1 m wide. You have the space on and under your table. Traffic cannot be impeded by your items and you are responsible for ensuring that any racks or displays are secure. Chairs are also provided. There will not be a large item area, please ensure that you purchase enough room for your large items. (You can remove a table and use the space). The benefit of this format is that you are less likely to have anything stolen and buyers can talk to you without having to hunt you down. REFUNDS Table fees are used to help cover the cost of the facility rental, caretaking, facility utilities, processing fees, insurance and advertising. I need to make sure that these costs are covered before the sale date, therefore, there will be no refunds on table rental fees unless the event is cancelled by me. I will gladly refund your money if I cancel the event in some unforeseen circumstance. If you find that you cannot attend the sale, you are more than welcome to find a replacement, and your replacement can reimburse you. I hope you understand why I have this policy, I cannot run the sale on promises to pay. The more detailed your list is, the better the sale will be. Many people came to the last sale looking for things listed on the site. Please take the time to do this, it will make the sale better for YOU! You can always update this info.
