KLEAN KANTEEN VS. SIGG

  Once you've decided to trade in your plastic for a metal water bottle, which one should you choose?   Which one is better, Klean Kanteen or Sigg? 

I will try to give you some information on how to make a decision that best fits your line of thinking.  There are basically two camps of thought on the whole metal water bottle issue.

The first camp wants to know exactly what their water is in.  In this case the Klean Kanteen (KK) would be the choice.  Klean Kanteens are made from food grade stainless steel and do not have a liner.  Therefore, the only thing that is touching your water is stainless steel, if this is what you want, then Klean Kanteen is your choice. 

The second camp wants a liner.  The Sigg liner has been around for a while and has undergone a lot of testing and changes over the last 20 years.  No leaching from the aluminum or it's liner occurs, according to independent research.
