Only second hand items may be sold. A few items new with tags are fine.
Tables are rented out on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you register first you pick your table location first. The only way to reserve a table is with payment. Select your payment method then complete the Registration Form at the bottom of the page.

b) $42 for space, 8 ft. table provided, bring your own chairs. Cheques only accepted until Sept. 15, 2010. E-mail for mailing address.
Whatever you make at your table you keep!
If you are selling new items (even if you are not a retailer) or you are a business, you must register for a business table.
A limited number of businesses will be permitted to participate at the Mom-to-Mom Event. If you think that your business would be of interest to parents, you may qualify participate.

A Note About Table Set Up...
You are alotted a space for an 8ft table that is of normal width (about a 2.5-3 ft). You have the space on and under your table. Traffic cannot be impeded by your items (no items in the aisle) and you are responsible for ensuring that any racks or displays are secure. Chairs are not provided. There will not be a large item area, please ensure that you purchase enough room for your large items. Many vendors purchase two spots and take out one table for either racks or large items.
Step 1: Determine whether you are a "Second Hand Goods" vendor or "Business Vendor" using the information below. Step 2: Select the payment method that you wish to use. "Buy Now" buttons are for PayPal. Step 3. Complete the Vendor Registration Form below. Step 4: Registration is only complete upon receipt of payment. Step 5: Read the "Sale Day Tips and Information for all Mom-to-Mom Vendors" for set up and take down times and procedures, as well as a list of items to bring and things to do in preparation to the sale. Step 6: Complete the Items for Sale Form at the bottom of the page with a detailed list of items that you will be selling at the sale. The list is added to the website only once so generally lists are not requested or posted until about a month before the sale. Please wait for the e-mail that requests an item list before submitting this form.
Refunds...
Table fees are used to help cover the cost of the facility rental, caretaking, facility utilities, processing fees, insurance and advertising. These costs must be covered before the sale date, therefore, there will be no refunds on table rental fees unless the event is cancelled by Mom-to-Mom. I will gladly refund your money if I cancel the event in some unforeseen circumstance. If you find that you cannot attend the sale, you are more than welcome to find a replacement, and your replacement can reimburse you. Be sure to let me know who your replacement is so they can receive information updates.
