About Markham Mom-to-Mom

Mom-to-Mom Sales Markham was born when this mom's bargain hunting addiction met with her desire to do something new and mentally stimulating while on maternity leave.  After spending an unhealthy amount of time on Craig's List as a buyer (doesn't everyone own 5 strollers?), I felt is was time to purge some of my kids' stuff.  It wasn't an easy feat, I must have answered hundreds of e-mails (my little one hates her exersaucer as a result), but when sale day came everyone was pleasantly amazed, including me!   My sellers brought in tons of great stuff to sell and people lined up at the door just to get in first!  My poor mom had to be the bouncer!  Early on people began asking about the next sale and my initial response was, "I don't know if there will be another one, I'll let you know after today!"

Well, here we are again and it looks like the sales are here to stay!  Going into this next sale things have only gotten bigger and better!  We've got 70 tables this time around and over 50 families participating!  To make things even better, we are giving out great door prizes and give aways to buyers all day long!

Already Mom-to-Mom Markham has evolved, from the first caveman website (and web address that rivaled The Great Wall of China in length) to what you see here today.  Although not spectacular by any means, this site is a vast improvement and as you can see I have added several pages with other information and an invitation to join my mommy group.  As the next sale winds down I hope to add more to the site so that visitors can get more from their Mom-to-Mom experience.
