1.  For every review deemed postable by Mom-to-Mom, one ballot will be entered into the draw in your name.   Include your e-mail for readers to ask questions and receive an additional ballot!  (1 per reviewer)

2.  The prize Sigg Bottle to be won will be determined by Markham Mom-to-Mom, no exceptions.

3.  The draw date for the prize Sigg Bottle will be based on the number of entries submitted, Mom-to-Mom would like to have a minimum of 5o postable reviews prior to drawing. 

4.  Please submit your review to maurita@momtomomsales.org as in-line text or as a Word attachment.  Please note that I reserve the right to edit your review for content and for grammar and that your submissions become property of Mom-to-Mom once submitted.

5.  Please review an item using the same format as those below.  Use the headings: "Bottom Line, Pros, Cons, Other, Advice".  Reviews on the same item will also be accepted but may be edited to become part of an existing review.  Items that do not already appear in the index are welcome!
